About the role: Leading a team of Coordinators and Educators, you will manage a service during before and after school, Pupil Free days and School Holidays for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state-specific office, regular visits and mentorship from an experienced Regional Leader. The role is fulltime (38 hours per week), structured in block shifts to support work-life balance, with approximately 5.5 hours per week in direct ratio hours, along with responsibilities as an Educational Leader. Develop and facilitate an engaging, child-centered program. Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents. Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management. Manage the day-to-day operations of your service. Ensure quality and compliance in service delivery in line with the NQF. Grow attendance to support children and families. Who are we looking for? Minimum 2 years’ experience working with children in a leadership position or a similar role. Ideally minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Diploma in Children’s Services), or have completed a minimum of 2 years of full-time study in a relevant field. Current and valid Working with Children Check, or state-required check. Clear and professional communication.
